Sepehr Movaled Engineering Department provides comprehensive services from the initial concept of feasibility studies to the provision of license and know-how, basic design, front-end and detailed engineering design.

Currently, the detailed engineering of Adish condensate refinery is conducted by Sepehr Movaled comprises:

• CDU that design capacity is 60,000 BPSD for fractionation of condensate to LPG, Stabilized Light Naphtha, Stabilized Heavy Naphtha, Kerosene and Gasoil.
• LPG Recovery Unit design capacity is 3,500 BPSD to handle total LPG from one Condensate Distillation Unit train.
• LPG sweetening unit design capacity is 3,500 BPSD to handle total LPG from one Condensate Distillation Unit.
• Naphtha Hydrotreating unit design capacity is 43,000 BPSD to handle total design Naphtha from one Condensate Distillation Unit train.
• Middle Distillate Hydro treating unit design capacity is 18,500 BPSD to handle total design Kerosene and Gasoil from on Condensate Distillation Unit train.

In this regard more than 6,000 documents in detail engineering and approximately 10,000 vendor documents will be issued. In addition to detail engineering, process simulation of condensate distillation unit and LPG recovery, Basic design of Amine treatment, Sour water stripper and sodium sulfide production unit have been performed by Sepehr Movaled.
